Request
The company Mallorca Ltd. and the from it operated websites request information, when you register at a project, enter offers or if you visit or use our services. When you enter your offer, we request some information about you. Of thoose information only thoose entries are duty entries, which we need for the contract relationship or the execution of services. When you visit or use services, the website requests and saves automatically in our server-logs technical information, which your browser supplies. This is especially the IP adress of your computer as well as information, which Mallorca Ltd. and the from them operated websites places on cookies and the sites you have opened. Usage: Mallorca Ltd. uses the requested informations for four basic purposes, in which not all information are used for all purposes:
1.) The informations in your member account about your person and your adress (Main datas)are used for the establishment and maintenance of the usage ratio.
2.) The information about your usage of the single services are used for technical settlement and if necessary also for the charges of thoose services. It can happen, that for charges the usage information of different services are calculated together.
3.) We value if necessary user profiles under a alias (which can not be traced back to your information of your user account) for market research and to make our services better, just as long as you don\'t use your right, to decline the use of your information.
4.) For the free of charge entry on our website we will also use your information, to align our content and advertising offers to your peronal intrests and/or to inform you about special offers or new products. (Newsletter)
Data transfer
We transfer your personal infomation only to a third party if:
- the transfer is important for the service execution or billing.
- Authorities or courts after standards of the law can demand information for the purpose of prosecution.
Delete
When your informations are not needed for the previous named purpose or for billing, thoose are deleted. Please note, that at each deletion your information are first locked and than with a timly delay are being deleted, to prevent accidental deletion or eventually intentional damage. Because of technical reasons are informations if necessary duplicated in data protection files or reflections. Thoose copies are also if necessary deleted with a technical time delay.
Data protection
We are striven, to protect your information from unauthorized access, lose, miss usage or damage. The information on your user account are also protected through a password. For data protection a temporarily copy of entered information is made to prevent a lose through a malefunction of the computer or a user mistake. The user is responsable for his own passwords. If the user receives a automatically generated password from a website of Mallorca Ltd., he should change it after the first login in his account to a password of his choice. The password should have a minimum of six charaters (letters & numbers) it should not be given to another person by the user/member. The company Mallorca Ltd. doesn\'t take responsibility for unauthorized access to the account of the user and all eventually resulting damages. The user releases the company Mallorca Ltd. from all evntuall liability requests in connection with his account.
Changes or deletion of personal information, you have the right, the about you saved personal information and functions of your user account to view them at any time and to correct, supplement or do delete them.
